The gross or face amount is collected September 1st through October 31st and the 10% penalty amount is collected thereafter. School real estate taxes are sent out as of July 1st, and are due by August 31st in order to qualify for a 2% discount. Four installment payments are also available for township taxes.

The Township taxes are mailed as of March 1st and are due by April 30th to qualify for a 2% discount. Township and Whitehall-Coplay School District real estate taxes are mailed twice a year. One moving permit is required for each household to include all family members, including children of all ages for school registration and busing. Required information includes name, address, phone number, email and date of birth. The fee is $5.00 for processing, and the permit may be found under forms & documents on the website or at the Treasurer’s office.
