Some functions that nodes are used for include color correction (primary and secondary), grading, mixing, blurring and curve grading. The number of nodes that can be utilized to edit the images are practically limitless. The most prominent feature of Resolve Lite is the nodes which are analogous to layers in After Effects.
It is also capable of importing and exporting XML, YRGB processing, 32 bit float processing in real time, multi layer timelines, stabilization, capture and playback and window tracking.
The software also supports high resolution images in 2K, 4K and 5K from modern cameras like the RED and ARRI. Capable of the high quality image editing, the Lite version supports resolutions from standard to high definition.
